By participating in the CityWide Impact Classic & Custom Car Show, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, theft, or other unforeseen incidents.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.
I agree that CityWide Impact, its organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and the event location (Bull Sallas Park) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from my participation in this event.
I am responsible for my vehicle, property, and personal conduct at all times.
I agree to follow all event rules, directions from staff and volunteers, and all applicable laws.
I confirm that my vehicle is properly insured and operated in a safe manner.
I understand this is a family-friendly event and agree to conduct myself accordingly.
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
