Vendor fees are used to help cover event expenses, advertising, supplies, and community outreach efforts for this fundraiser.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund at the discretion of CityWide Impact.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, weather conditions, or failure to comply with event rules.
This is a rain-or-shine event unless severe weather or unsafe conditions require cancellation.

In the event CityWide Impact cancels the event entirely, vendors will receive either:

Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment has been received and approved by CityWide Impact.
By submitting payment and registering for this event, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
